VIDEO: Are You Ready For The Ass Kicker Workout???
Okay everyone – you asked for it!
As you’ve doubtless noticed, we’ve been running a series of workout videos here at Angry Trainer Fitness over the last few weeks.
We’ve had the Back To Basics Workout, the Figure 8 Workout and last time around the 10 x 10 Workout. I hope you’ve tried them all, spread the word among your friends and of course subscribed to my Angry Trainer Fitness You Tube Channel (you don’t want to make me angry!)
Well now we have the last video of our current batch – and it’s a killer!
Yes my friends, the Ass Kicker Workout is on a whole different level to our recent programs. In this full body workout, you’re be performing 10 exercises for 20 seconds each, with just 10 seconds rest between sets. And then you do it all again. And again. And again!
Now at first it won’t seem too hard, but by the middle of the second circuit, I promise you’ll be feeling it. Just check out how much I’m huffing and puffing by the end of the video!
Think you’re fit and in shape? Then go through 3 or 4 circuits of the Ass Kicker and let me know how you do.
Here’s what you’ve got:
The Ass Kicker Workout
1. Little People
2. Hip Drive
3. Gladiator
4. Bottom Burpee
5. One Legged Jumps
6. Swiss Ball Twist Roll Ins
7. DB Snap
8. Rocking Abs
9. Bird Dogs
10. Burpee Jump Squats
Rest 10 seconds and repeat 2, 3 or even 4 sets if you can handle it! Don’t forget to alternate sides from one set to the next when needed.
As usual thanks to Sears FitStudio for providing me with the awesome fitness equipment we use in these videos!
So, what are you waiting for? It’s time to crush it!
As always, let me know how you do and send any suggestions my way. We’ll be filming more videos very soon so I want to hear what YOU want to see in future workouts.
Enjoy!
Alfonso

Thanks AT, these workouts are perfect for me. I jam15 to 25 minutes of these between a 10 minute cardio warmup and a 5 minute sprint or strength tailpipe.
